Delete Your MindLoop Account & Data
App: MindLoop (`io.cachepile.mindloop`)
You can delete your MindLoop account and associated data in two ways.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open MindLoop.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account (red, near the bottom).
- Confirm in the dialog.
This permanently deletes:
- your affirmations, playlists, and generated audio files stored on your device,
- your on-device settings, passcode, and saved local credentials,
- your Firebase Authentication account (for Google or email/password sign-in),
- your server-side entitlement and character-credit records.
Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app (for example, you uninstalled it) or want any remaining server-side records removed, email mindloop@cachepile.io from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my MindLoop account."
We will delete account-associated server-side data, including your entitlement and character-credit records, within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted vs retained
